Maryland and Japan: Collaborations Toward the Quantum Industry of the Future / 「世界量子デー」に日米量子技術討論会を開催 — メリーランド州Wes Moore知事が来日

On April 14, 2025, World Quantum Day, Maryland Governor Wes Moore made his first official international mission to Japan and led a high-level quantum technology roundtable in Tokyo. The roundtable brought together prominent government, industry, and science leaders from Japan and the US to deepen international partnerships in the fast-growing quantum sector.

Trans-Scale Quantum Science Institute supported coordinating this event, and Prof. Satoru Nakatsuji moderated the roundtable. This involvement highlights our commitment to promoting international collaboration and global quantum research initiatives.

2025年4月14日「世界量子デー」に、アメリカ合衆国メリーランド州のWes Moore知事が来日され、量子技術に関する日米討論会が東京ミッドタウン ホール＆カンファレンスにて開催されました。

本討論会は、近年急速な発展を遂げている量子分野において、日米両国の政府関係者、産業界のリーダー、そして科学界の専門家が一堂に会し、国際的なパートナーシップのさらなる深化を目的として実施されたものです。

トランススケール量子科学国際連携研究機構は本討論会の運営を支援し、機構長・中辻知教授が司会を務めました。
